01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pak500 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pak500 at pak500.onl, downloading the pak500 app, registering an account or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms apply to all sections of the pak500 platform, including Live Casino, Slots, Fish Games, Sports Betting and any future game categories or features that may be added. Where specific game types or promotions carry additional rules, those rules apply alongside these Terms — not instead of them.

pak500 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02Eligibility and Registration

To register and use pak500, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak500 does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual player for personal entertainment purposes, not as an agent or on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a pak500 employee where such participation may create a conflict of interest.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your real full name, date of birth and contact details.

pak500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or in response to account activity that requires clarification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

03Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one active pak500 account at any time. If you already have an existing pak500 account, you must not create a new one. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak500 will close the duplicate account and, where bonus abuse is found to have occurred across accounts, will void associated winnings.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any biometric authentication set up on the pak500 mobile app. You should not share your login details with any other person.

Any activity carried out under your account — whether or not you personally authorised that activity — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact pak500 support immediately via the live chat function in the app or on the website.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of pak500 complies with all applicable laws in your location. pak500 does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to confirm your own position before using the platform.

04Deposits and Payments

pak500 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets. The available deposit methods for your account will be displayed in the Cashier section of the platform or app.

Deposits are credited to your pak500 balance as quickly as the payment processor confirms the transaction — typically within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers. Bank transfer times may vary depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are shown at the point of deposit in the app or website cashier.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pak500 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• If a deposit is made in error or fails to credit, contact support with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification checks. All withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, bank account or other registered payment source.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes displayed in the Cashier section. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These are displayed at the point of withdrawal request.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be fully completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• pak500 may place a withdrawal on hold pending identity or payment verification. You will be notified if this occurs and advised on what documentation is required.
• Withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your name will not be processed and the request will be returned to your pak500 balance.

pak500 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfers depend on interbank clearing schedules and may take longer during public holidays or weekends.

06Bonuses and Promotions

pak500 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed on the relevant offer page.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The wagering multiplier and eligible games for each offer are stated on the promotion page.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus can be held at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus terms — check the promotion details before depositing.
• PSL and Cricket promotions: During Pakistan Super League seasons and major international Cricket tournaments, pak500 may run event-specific promotions with their own eligibility criteria and reward structures. These are announced in the Promotions section of the platform.
• Abuse prevention: pak500 monitors for bonus abuse patterns including coordinated multi-account claiming, systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements, and other methods intended to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have associated winnings voided and may be restricted from future promotions.

07Game Rules and Sports Betting

All games available on pak500 — including Live Casino tables, Slots, and Fish Games — operate under the rules set by the respective game providers. These rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and the provider's official rules, the provider's official rules take precedence.

For Sports Betting on Cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other available markets:

• Bets are accepted up to the cut-off time displayed on each market. Bets placed after the cut-off will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are subject to the live market odds at the moment the bet is confirmed by the system — not at the moment you click. Odds may change between selection and confirmation due to match developments.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise affected by circumstances outside normal play, pak500 will settle bets according to the sport-specific settlement rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• pak500 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where odds were published in error or where the integrity of a market is in question.

For Live Casino games, all results are determined in real time by the dealer or game mechanism on stream. Technical disconnections on the player's side that occur after a bet has been confirmed do not entitle the player to a void or refund.

08Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

pak500 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to place bets, interact with games or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or display errors to extract winnings that would not otherwise be payable under normal operating conditions.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in money laundering or using pak500 as a vehicle to process funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to access another player's account, impersonate pak500 staff or misrepresent your identity in any communication with the support team.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider without first raising a dispute through pak500 support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account closure and recovery action.

pak500 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Where a review is triggered, accounts may be temporarily restricted while the investigation is ongoing. Players subject to a review will be notified and given the opportunity to respond.

09Responsible Gaming

pak500 believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

10Account Suspension and Closure

pak500 may suspend or close a player account at any time if:

• The player is found to have breached any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false registration information or failed to complete required verification steps.
• The account shows activity consistent with fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the platform's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (such as voluntary closure or self-exclusion), verified balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard processing.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the pak500 platform — including but not limited to the pak500 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text content, promotional materials and software — is the property of pak500 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak500 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pak500 content without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining or automated collection of content from the pak500 platform is prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability

pak500 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• pak500 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party payment processor delays that are outside our direct control.
• pak500 is not responsible for decisions made by players during gaming sessions. All bets and wagers placed are the player's own decision and responsibility.
• Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout — whether an underpayment or overpayment — pak500 reserves the right to correct the error. Overpayments credited due to a system error do not constitute a valid win and may be reclaimed.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak500's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pak500 itself.

13Privacy and Data

Personal data collected during registration and account use — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. pak500 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14Amendments to These Terms

pak500 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes that affect player rights or obligations will be communicated via a notice on the platform or via the contact details registered on your account, where possible, before the changes take effect.

The current version of the Terms, along with the date of the most recent update, is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continuing to use pak500 after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
